A look at the 15W QuSUN LED ceiling lamp. A replacement for my fluorescent kitchen lights.

I intended on buying an NXLED ceiling lamp like I previously reviewed. But unfortunately HandyMan (Metro Manila, Philippines) didn't have stock of the larger ceiling lamps; so I had to settle for QUSUN.

I previously review a QuSUN LED bulb and said i'd avoid their brand in future. Unfortunately I didn't listen to my own advice and of course regretted my decision when I got home and started testing out the ceiling lamp.

Fortunately it's going to be installed in a Kitchen where it wont be used for long periods of time. But it will be switched on and off often. So it should be good enough for the intended purposes.

Although the box and sticker inside the light say it's 15 Watts, it actually has a 20 watt driver and an 18 watt LED strip. Under measurement on my watt meter, it read between 17 and 17.5 watts.

I used a lumen meter to compare the QuSUN to an NXLED ceiling lamp and per watt, the QuSun produced less light.
