When I bought my first pair of studio lights, Limo Studio Lights, they came with stands that barely handled its own weight but I made it work. When I final switch to the Aputure 120d, the light stands could not hold it up. So I had to invest in some good light stands but I didn't want to drop $100+ on them. After researching and looking, I found these Fovitec stands, which do a phenomenal job of holding up the Aputure. They can handle up to 35 pounds and they're small and decently weighted.
